Rigaku SMART Lab XRD

The Rigaku SmartLab X-ray diffraction (XRD) system is designed for advanced analysis of a wide variety of materials, including thin films and powders. It features a powerful 9 kW rotating anode X-ray generator, allowing faster data collection with lower background noise, and is particularly well-suited for detailed thin film studies.

This versatile system enables users to map crystal structures and identify material phases in both bulk samples and thin films. It supports a broad range of advanced techniques, such as X-ray reflectivity, grazing incidence diffraction, reciprocal space mapping, rocking curves, and small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS).

To assist users of all experience levels, the SmartLab includes SmartLab Guidance software, which provides step-by-step instructions for alignment and experimental setup.
